- Choose the work. Browse 18 specialties directly or use suggestions from Identify and Ikigai. Your explicit choice takes priority.
- Set your starting point. Report your background, education, technical foundations, available hours and budget.
- Review the plan. Explore foundations, learning resources, a practical project and optional certifications. Check each resource’s sources and eligibility.
- Try, track and adjust. Record progress, prepare evidence of what you can do, and revise your plan as you learn.
What personalization means
Your technical self-ratings shape foundations. Background and education shape suggested evidence. Time and budget shape the learning plan. Explicit professional-skill ratings can add practice prompts.
How Ikigai and Identify contribute
Identify suggests broad domains; selected Ikigai findings and supported earlier interests offer paths to explore. Confirmed findings can already be included in your Navigator score. They never waive technical prerequisites or certification experience requirements.
Fresh suggestions reflect changed findings. A manually chosen specialty or existing shared plan stays stable until you deliberately change or refresh it.
How to read time and cost estimates
Study hours are editorial practice allocations divided by your weekly availability. They do not predict course completion or job readiness.
Certifications are optional alternatives. The subtotal includes at most one verified base exam fee; training, membership, application, tax and renewal costs are separate. Unknown prices are excluded. Check dated sources in your plan and confirm current requirements with the provider.
Saving, exporting and sharing
Progress is saved in this browser. A shared roadmap includes a compact assessment summary, excluding raw stories and answers. Use “Use my current results” to replace a shared summary with local results.
The career backup includes private discovery reflections and career progress, but excludes the separate interview session. See backup and reset details →
